By using sound recognition techniques to match up the Diet proceedings and deliberation videos, our system allows one to retrieve the moment of video feeds he or she is interested in and visually understand the flow of parliamentary debates. Following the description of how our video retrieval system works, we utilize the video retrieval system that makes it possible to search the minute database by keywords and check how legislators pronounce the keywords differently.
