| 内容記述 | This paper deals with the problem of sharing membership fees amongst member societies of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS). To our knowledge, there has so far been little research attempt made to deal with this problem. This paper, however, is an attempt to fill in this void by arguing that the membership fee of any country should be in proportion to both its average income and qualified membership, based on which we present here an innovative DEA game, which provides a possible solution to this problem. In particular, we show in case of the two-criterion that the Shapley and nucleolus allocations are nothing but the simple average of the observed values of two individual criteria: qualified membership and average income with regards to their proportion. | |||||||||||
